Do you know about ghee!!
A quick FYI .. I wanted to clear my conscience and say this because I noticed allot of confusion on this matter among many people, .. The vegan ghee is hydrogenated fats and thus turns into saturated fats by raising the harmful cholesterol in the blood 😳 and therefore, it causes hardening of the arteries, and then the person becomes more prone to strokes and heart disease..🤦🏻♀️
